Troubleshooting information
When contacting PLS support, include the app version, iOS version, what you were doing, and the exact error message. For team or project issues, share company and project names only when you are authorized to do so.
Do not send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, payment-card details, or private bid documents unless a verified support channel specifically requests information and you have permission to share it.
Account and privacy requests
The account-deletion route and the effects and timing of deletion are still being verified. See the Account Deletion page for current status. Do not assume that uninstalling PLS deletes an account or associated cloud data.
