End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") covers your use of Plumb Level and Square ("PLS"), an app published by PLS Software LLC. By using PLS, you agree to this Agreement. If you use PLS for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.
Permission to use PLS
PLS Software LLC gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use PLS for lawful business and project work, subject to this Agreement and the terms of the platform through which you obtained the app. You may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to PLS, or copy or modify it except as permitted by law.
Your account, company, and content
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials, the activity under your account, and the content you or your company add to PLS. Company administrators are responsible for selecting members and access roles. You must only invite people who are authorized to see the relevant information. You retain responsibility for plans, emails, documents, bids, estimates, and other content you submit.
PLS helps organize construction bidding and estimate work. Review measurements, quantities, prices, scope, documents, and calculated results before relying on them. PLS does not replace professional judgment, site verification, contract review, or compliance with building codes and other requirements. You remain responsible for bids, estimates, and decisions made using the app.
Connected services
Features that connect to services such as Gmail are subject to the permissions you grant and the service provider's terms. Do not connect an account or share information unless you are authorized to do so.
Subscriptions
PLS subscriptions are billed monthly, and the subscription area is on the Office side under the Settings gear. The provider, automatic-renewal terms, exact cancellation instructions, refund terms, and effect of account deletion are being confirmed. Deleting a PLS account should not be assumed to cancel a subscription. Review the purchase and provider terms presented to you when subscribing.
Availability and acceptable use
Use PLS lawfully and do not interfere with the service, access data without permission, upload malicious code, or infringe others' rights. Features may change or be unavailable at times.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, PLS is provided "as is" and "as available." PLS Software LLC does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that PLS will be suitable for a particular project or bid. Nothing in this Agreement limits a warranty or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Ending use and updates
You may stop using PLS at any time. The verified process for deleting an account and its data is still being confirmed; see the Account Deletion page for its current status. We may update this Agreement as PLS or legal requirements change and will provide notices required by law.
