This page will provide verified steps for requesting account deletion and explain what happens to associated information.
What is still being confirmed
- The exact screen-by-screen path to request deletion in the app.
- Which account, company, project, bid, estimate, connected-email, and backup data is deleted or retained.
- What happens to records shared with other members of a company.
- How long deletion takes and how completion is confirmed.
Subscriptions
PLS subscriptions are billed monthly, and the subscription area is on the Office side under the Settings gear. The provider and cancellation steps are not yet confirmed. Do not assume deleting an account or uninstalling the app cancels a subscription.
